Good to Know

Here’s everything you need to know to help you plan a great day at The Great Big Jamboree.

  • Do children need tickets?
    -All guests ages 2 and up require a ticket for entry.
    -Children under 2 may attend free and do not need a ticket.
     
    What does my ticket include?
    -Both General Admission and VIP tickets grant entry to The Great Big Jamboree, a family-friendly
    outdoor music and arts festival featuring live performances, kids activities, food and drinks, and a full day of fun.
    -VIP tickets include additional amenities for comfort and convenience. Details are listed on the Tickets page.
     
    How do I enter the festival?
    -Tickets are digital and will be scanned at the entrance. Please have your ticket ready on your phone
    or printed before arriving.
     
    Will I receive a wristband?
    -Yes. Wristbands will be provided at entry and must be worn for the duration of the festival.
    -Parents and caregivers are encouraged to write their phone number on their child’s wristband in case of separation.
     
    Can I leave and re-enter?
    -Yes. Re-entry is allowed with a valid wristband.

  • What time does the festival start and end?

    -Doors open: 9:00 AM

    -Music begins: 10:00 AM

    -Festival ends: 5:00 PM

    All guests must exit the festival grounds by 5:00 PM

     

    What time does each band play?

    While subject to change, the approximate expected lineup is as follows:

    -10am: jeremy messersmith

    -11:10am: Sonia De Los Santos

    -12:30pm: The Okee Dokee Brothers

    -1:50pm: Koo Koo

    -3:00pm: Chastity Brown

  • Where do I park?
    -General event parking is off-site and provided free of charge.
    -All general admission guests must park in a designated off-site lot and take the free event shuttle to the festival.
    -There is no general public parking available at the festival site.
    -VIP tickets include on-site parking.

    How do the shuttles work?
    -Shuttles will run continuously before, during, and after the event.
    -Please allow extra time for parking and shuttle transportation, especially during peak arrival and departure times.

    Is ADA accessible parking available?
    -Yes. A limited number of ADA accessible parking spaces are available on site for guests with a valid permit.
    -ADA parking must be pre-arranged at the time of ticket purchase to ensure adequate space.
    -Availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed.
    -ADA accessible shuttles will be available.

    Is drop-off and pick-up allowed?
    -Yes. Drop-off and pick-up are permitted in designated areas on the festival grounds.
    -Please follow event signage and staff directions.

  • What is the terrain like?
    -The festival takes place outdoors on a large hillside with grassy and uneven terrain throughout.

    • The top of the hill is not ADA accessible and requires an uphill climb

    • Some activities are located at the top of the hill, but most are located at the bottom of the hill.

    • Performance stages, food, and most amenities are located on the lower portions of the hill

    -Guests using mobility devices or anyone with limited mobility should plan to remain in lower-hill areas.
     
    Is the festival accessible?
    -We encourage families to review terrain details carefully before purchasing tickets.
    -Guests attend at their own risk and are responsible for assessing their ability to navigate the site.
    -Accessible restrooms will be available.

    Is ADA accessible parking available?
    -Yes. A limited number of ADA accessible parking spaces are available on site for guests with a valid permit.
    -ADA parking must be pre-arranged at the time of ticket purchase to ensure adequate space.
    -Availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed.
    -ADA accessible shuttles will be available.

  • Is seating provided?
    -Seating is on an open, grassy hillside and is first-come, first-serve.
    -Blankets and low-profile stadium chairs are allowed.
    -Folding lawn chairs are not permitted.
    -Many viewing areas are sloped or uneven.
    -VIP ticket holders will have a seating area with a stage view.

    Are there other seating areas?
    -Limited seating and picnic areas will be available throughout the festival and first-come..
    -Most seating areas besides the grassy hillside do not have a stage view.
    -VIP ticket holders will have access to an indoor lounge with seating, an outdoor seating area with a stage view,
    and an outdoor seating and picnic area without a stage view.

  • Is there indoor space available?

    -The Great Big Jamboree is primarily an outdoor event.

    -Indoor access is available only for VIP ticket holders, including access to the indoor VIP lounge and indoor restrooms.

    -Portable restrooms will be available for all guests, including ADA accessible restrooms. 

    -A few shaded or tented areas will be available throughout the festival grounds.

    -All stage viewing areas are outdoors and have limited shade.

  • Will food and drinks be available?

    -Yes. A curated selection of food and beverage vendors will be available on site, including alcoholic and N/A options.

     

    Can I bring outside food?

    -Outside food is allowed for young children and guests with dietary needs.

    -Soft-sided coolers only.

    -No outside alcoholic beverages will be allowed.

    How do I pay for food and drinks?

    -Most vendors accept credit and debit cards.

  • What is the bag policy?
    -Backpacks and diaper bags are allowed and subject to inspection.
    -Please pack light to help speed up entry.
     
    What should I bring?
    -We recommend:

    • Sunscreen and hats (shade is limited)

    • Refillable water bottles

    • Comfortable shoes

    • Ear protection for young children

    • Weather-appropriate clothing


    Are strollers allowed?
    -Yes. Strollers are allowed but must be foldable to fit on shuttle buses.
    -Guests are responsible for loading and unloading their own strollers.
     
    Are wagons allowed?
    -No. Wagons are not permitted on shuttle buses or festival grounds.
     

  • Will the music be loud?

    -Yes. Music will be amplified throughout the festival grounds.

    -Ear protection is recommended for young children and noise-sensitive guests.

     

    What if it rains?

    -The Great Big Jamboree is a rain-or-shine event.

    -In the event of severe weather, the festival may pause or be rescheduled to Sunday, May 24

    -No refunds will be given if changes to the schedule are made due to weather events.

  • Are pets allowed?
    -No pets are permitted, with the exception of service animals as defined by law.

    Is smoking allowed?
    -Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on festival grounds.

    What behavior is expected?
    -Festival staff reserve the right to deny entry or remove guests for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
    -Removal does not entitle the guest to a refund.

  • Will photos or video be taken?

    -Yes. By attending The Great Big Jamboree, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for promotion and marketing.

  • Are tickets refundable?
    -Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of full event cancellation.

    What if the lineup changes?
    -Artist lineup, schedule, activities, and event layout are subject to change.
    -No refunds will be issued due to lineup or schedule changes.
     
    When are refunds issued?
    -Tickets will be refunded only if the event is fully canceled and not rescheduled.

    Can I re-sell my ticket if I am unable to use it?
    -Yes. You can only re-sell your ticket through the official ticketing platform, Eventeny.
    -For more information about how to re-sell your ticket, visit the Eventeny Resell Page.
    -Your ticket is not guaranteed to re-sell through the platform. No refunds will be given for tickets not re-sold.

  • What safety measures are in place?
    -Festival staff and security will be present throughout the grounds to assist guests.
    -Please follow all posted signage and staff instructions.
    -Parents and caregivers are responsible for supervising children at all times.
    -Parents and caregivers are encouraged to write their phone number on their children's wristbands in case of separation.

    What if I need help during the event?
    -If you need assistance or observe unsafe conditions, please notify a festival staff member immediately.
